Information you choose to share

The Alignment Call form prepares an email in your own email application. The website does not store the form entries. If you send the email, PraxisSpan receives the name, work email, organization, and business priority you provide.

How information is used

PraxisSpan uses inquiry information to respond, evaluate whether its services fit your needs, prepare for a conversation, and maintain appropriate business records. Information is not sold.

Email and third-party services

Your email provider processes messages according to its own policies. If scheduling, analytics, customer relationship management, or other services are added later, this notice will be updated before those services are used to collect information.

Retention and security

Business correspondence is retained only as reasonably needed for the inquiry, legal obligations, and business records. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no email or internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.
